At the meeting held on Monday 16th September 2024, Mr. Peter Ewen was reappointed as Chair of the West Coast Electric Power Trust and Mr. Greg Topp was elected as Deputy Chair.

Trustees thanked Mr. Bryce Thomson for his time in the role of Deputy Chair.

Voting closed at midday on Thursday 21^st March 2024. The results were:

Nominations for the 2024 West Coast Electric Power Trust election closed on Friday 19^th January 2024. Five nominations were received, they are:

• Finlay, Paul (Greymouth)
• Gibson, A J (Pesty) (Greymouth)
• Thomson, Bryce (Hokitika)
• Topp, Greg (Reefton)

An election will be held to determine who the 3 Trustees will be, this will commence on Monday 19^th February 2024.

The Ownership Review has been undertaken for 2021 and at the meeting on Monday 15th November 2021, Trustees moved and passed, that the Trust retains on behalf of the consumers, the shares in Westpower and the associated companies.
